1. TRAINING SESSIONS
See examples of what others have said HERE following MIA training sessions.
LEADERSHIP TRAINING: The Tension Between Us
This leadership level training and discussion session (offered as a short-form event or a more indepth series) explores the practical truths of connection and collaboration in the modern organisation, and how we can best equip ourselves to achieve flow in our work together across a business, as well as in interaction with other entities.
ALL STAFF TRAINING: Systems and People in Flow
An all staff training and discussion session exposing the commonly misunderstood potential in engagement in company systems. Far from dry, it challenges old norms and barriers to engagement, and leads the way to seeing the holistic nature of our systemic environment and how our engagement creates improved outcomes for ourselves and others.
The aim is not only to ignite collaborative systems thinking, but to also create the right conditions for other connective solutions to have optimal impact (e.g. tech solutions, leadership/cultural training, strategic objectives, etc.).
DESIGN STAFF TRAINING: Safety in Design
Turning the commonly perceived burden of the legislated requirements on its head, this training focuses attention on the opportunity created for us to not only support safety, but to also help trigger 'next level' collaboration between consultant teams.
Includes a detailed look at an effective SID methodology which aligns sensibly and usefully with project stages and processes. Aimed at Architects, Landscape Architects and Engineers.

2. ANALYSIS & IMPROVEMENT
Finding the Barriers to Flow:
Individually tailored, internal analysis of 'system and behaviours in system' to identify the elements which cause unnecessary strain.
This is a surprisingly enjoyable and practical review process carried out with connection to both top management strategic vision and the detail of the workforce's experience in the organisation.
The concept of 'behaviours in system' means that people are given a safe opportunity to view behaviours objectively with insight, as opposed to reactively with self-protective resistance.
Solution Development & Integration Management
Interactive development of system and process solutions.
Includes project management support, including the detail of embedding the solution(s) and engaging staff and management in optimised use.
What does this mean in your organisation?
The above responds to the complexity of businesses and people and therefore covers a variety of topics. To identify how this may apply to you uniquely, please call/email to discuss.
3. ADVISORY SUPPORT
This service works best alongside an understanding of the organisation, which allows an honest look at the leadership interaction required for that particular environment and identifying how the excellence of people can best be supported.
Group and/or individual sessions to maintain focus on necessary internal developments and optimise early management system infrastructure in the first years of the business, thereby optimising the venture and the capacity of those who are building it.
Once a 'fork in the road' has been identified, this catch-up over one or more coffees provides a sounding board to the individual to ease uncertainty, create clarity on influencing factors and support pro-active decision-making on a meaningful and productive personal career path.
