LEADERSHIP TRAININGThe Tension Between Us
This training and discussion session (offered as a short-form event or a more indepth series) explores the practical truths of connection and collaboration in the modern organisation, and how we can best equip ourselves to achieve flow in our work together across a business, as well as in interaction with other entities. ALL STAFF TRAININGSystems and People in Flow
An all staff training and discussion session exposing the commonly misunderstood potential in engagement in company systems. Far from dry, it challenges old norms and barriers to engagement, and leads the way to seeing the holistic nature of our systemic environment and how our engagement creates improved outcomes for ourselves and others. The aim is not only to ignite collaborative systems thinking, but to also create the right conditions for other connective solutions to have optimal impact (e.g. tech solutions, leadership/cultural training, strategic objectives, etc.). INDIVIDUAL / LEADERS / ALL STAFF WORKSHOPSeeing ourselves in System
A workshop session to explore the interaction between systemic context and the individual. The aim is to provide new insights into why and how people respond to (often unintended) messaging in work contexts, and how this collectively either build or erodes cultural outcomes in terms of trust, generosity and respect between people. It allows an objective bird's eye view, a calm assessment and a re-evaluation of what would otherwise be difficult topics to discuss openly, but which needs attention to create solutions and ultimately an environment of dynamic collaboration. DESIGN STAFF TRAININGSafety in Design - Architects, Landscape Architects, Engineers.
Turning the commonly perceived burden of the legislated requirements on its head, this training focuses attention on the opportunity created for us to not only support safety, but to also help trigger 'next level' collaboration between consultant teams. Includes a detailed look at an effective SID methodology which aligns sensibly and usefully with project stages and processes. Please visit www.siaction.com.au for more information. |
