Training introductionThe oversight burden for leaders in design practices seems a complex problem to solve. Never enough time to check what needs to be checked. Always more fires to attend to, with little to no daylight hours left on any given day to strategise properly or dive deep into a creative process.
Leaders understand that relieving some of their top-down leadership burden isn't just nice to have for them - it is also the prerequisite for depth in strategic practice development, people development and a healthy balance in everyone's work. But how to share their burden without a sense of losing control or creating an unfair ask of their people? The answer lies in a shared understanding of healthy operational engagement across a cohort. What does it look like? What are the parts? How is it different from how we've always worked? Why don't we naturally do this? To create this foundational understanding, MIA offers a unique training experience where a full cohort is drawn into a shared view of their work environment, and how they can better contribute to it in sync with one another and the operational needs of the business. The benefits to them and the business quickly merge into a singular conversation and viewpoint. No more tension. No more hoping for better days. Just a group of people with a new insight into how they can create greater flow, enjoyment and excellence in their work together. Key topics covered
