<![CDATA[MANAGEMENT IN ACTION - Concept Launch]]>

My first ‘something’ is a 2 minute concept video (link below). This video introduces what I know to be the most critical component of building true success in any business – the kind of success that is sustainable, profitable, doesn’t come with rip-your-life-apart stress and most importantly, shows that you’re building something worthwhile.

Next up, I will provide training information and solutions with substance. This will be launched online, topic by topic, each one with free content made available for a limited time.

Who is this for?
Most of the topics I will offer apply to the inner workings of all or most businesses, but I will first release topics relevant to my best known client types – design professionals in the construction industry. This also means that I will be able to offer the condensed training units many of my existing clients have been requesting for their staff.

And good news for registered professionals – I will be creating formal CPD as part of this as well. The first topic is related to legislation for designers, the second will be about profitability in project based businesses.

Where am I headed with all of this?
It’s simple. I have been developing management and process solutions for my client base for a good number of years and I feel it is now time to build a wider impact. I have considered all that I had developed and refined over the years and am creating targeted solution sets for individual topics - all to help businesses work better on the inside and help their people thrive.

I’ll make no bones about it. I have something useful and unique to offer and I already know my approach makes a difference. And a difference is what I want to make. I will, however, never put what I can offer simply down to my own ability – amongst other supporters and influencers, I have a list of wonderful, creative clients who have taught me so much over the years about what actually works and what doesn’t. They have trusted my advice and solutions and given me the confidence to question and then push a bit further. They have listened when I offered alternative ways to solve longstanding problems (even when I ranted on a bit idealistically) and together we have found good ways forward.
